Virtual Therapy for Adults and Couples

Room to grow.
Space to connect.

Sometimes you know exactly what feels wrong. Other times, you just know something needs to change. We can make sense of what is happening, explore the patterns that keep showing up, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Ways We Can Work Together

A space to figure things out.

You might be working through something recent, carrying something for years, or simply feeling stuck. We will start with what matters most to you.

Individual Therapy

Anxiety, trauma, self doubt, grief, identity, and those moments when life looks different from what you expected.

Couples & Relationships

Recurring arguments, distance, broken trust, and big transitions. We can look at what is happening between you and what needs to change.

Intimacy & Sexual Health

Desire differences, sexual concerns, intimacy, and boundaries. Conversations that can feel awkward deserve curiosity, care, and honesty.

Caylee Nickley, LICSW
A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Caylee.

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, anxiety, trauma, identity, and life's more complicated moments.

My approach is warm, interactive, and direct, with a little humor when it fits. Therapy with me is a conversation, not just a place to sit and nod.

I'm sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-affirming, and supportive of polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures. You can talk openly about your experiences, sexuality, identity, and relationships without judgment or assumptions.

Whether you're working through a relationship rupture, questioning long-standing patterns, or looking for a stronger connection with yourself or others, we'll approach the work with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

Individual therapy and couples therapy

Sliding scale may be available for eligible clients.

Insurance accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH).

Where can I see you?

All sessions are virtual. You must be physically located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, Florida, or Utah and eligible for care at the time of your appointment.

Do you work with different relationship structures?

Absolutely. I welcome individuals and partners across relationship styles, including polyamorous and consensually nonmonogamous relationships.

Can we talk before scheduling?

Yes. We can start with a free 15 minute consultation to talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and see if the fit feels right.

How do I know if my insurance will cover sessions?

Coverage varies depending on your specific plan, your location, and whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy. Please confirm your benefits before booking. I can help clarify what information you may need.

What if I am not sure what to say when I reach out?

That is okay. A brief message saying you are interested in therapy or a consultation is enough to get the conversation started. Please avoid including sensitive health information in regular email.
